What do I do if I have a ticket to a show listed below?
State Theatre New Jersey is committed to providing the utmost flexibility to you in light of recent show postponements and cancellations due to COVID-19 mitigation efforts.
Your current tickets will be valid for the new performance date. If you can’t make the new date, please fill out our online form or contact our Guest Services Office within 30 days of notification of the date change.
Please wait for State Theatre to contact you with the new date before deciding what to do with your tickets. Your current tickets will be valid for the new performance date. If you can’t make the new date, once announced, the original purchaser can submit this online form or contact our Guest Services Office within 30 days of announcement of the new date. Please note that we are operating with limited staff and reduced operating hours and appreciate your patience. Please wait for us to contact you with a new date before contacting us.
A credit for the value of the ticket and fees will be placed on the original purchasers State Theatre account for future use. If you are not the original purchaser, you must contact the original purchaser directly. The original purchaser can change their options by submitting this online form or contact our Guest Services Office within 30 days of notification of the event cancellation.
