SHOW RESCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION FORM

We apologize for the change to our schedule due to COVID-19 containment efforts. The safety of our guests, artists, and staff are of utmost importance to us. Please use the form below to let us know if you wish to change how your tickets have been handled. Please note that you MUST be the original purchaser of the tickets and MUST submit this form WITHIN 30 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION of the show reschedule or cancellation. We cannot make any changes after the 30-days have passed.

  • For shows that have been POSTPONED and a new date has not yet been announced: please DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM. Once we have a new date, State Theatre will contact the original purchaser with further instructions

  • For shows that have been RESCHEDULED to a new date: The current tickets will be valid for the new performance date. If you can’t make the new date, and are the original purchaser of the tickets, please fill out the form below or contact our Guest Services Office within 30 days of notification of the new date,

  • For shows that have been CANCELLED: A credit for the value of the ticket and fees will be placed on the original purchasers State Theatre account for future use. If you are not the original purchaser, you must contact the original purchaser directly. The original purchaser can change their options by using the form below or by contacting our Guest Services Office within 30 days of notification of the cancellation.

Another option to consider: As a non-profit institution, State Theatre New Jersey relies on both ticket sales and contributed revenue. If you are unable to make a new show date for rescheduled shows, or if a show was cancelled, we kindly ask you to consider donating the value of your tickets to support our continued operations. While cancelling or rescheduling performances is necessary for the health of all our patrons, staff, and artists, it will be at a great loss for the institution, making your donations even more important. When you choose to donate your tickets, you help sustain our revenue during this difficult and unprecedented time, allowing us to continue inspiring and impacting people through the performing arts. The total ticket value of your donation will count toward member benefits and you can receive a tax deduction.

Our Guest Services representatives can accommodate your needs. However, due to the high volume of requests and our efforts to keep our staff safe by using social distancing, we ask for your patience as we address each and every case. Please use the form below to let us know your preferences. If you need assistance, contact Guest Services at 732-246-7469 between 10am and 4pm Tuesday through Friday, or submit the form below.
