We've Got That Loving Feeling

February can't come soon enough! The American "blue-eyed soul" group, The Righteous Brothers featuring Bill Medley and Bucky Heard will perform live in concert at State Theatre New Jersey on February 19, 2022. With mesmerizing voices and fantastic range, Bill Medley and Bucky Heard have performed their most iconic songs across the United States.

Formed in 1962, the pairing of The Righteous Brothers originally consisted of Bill Medley and Bobby Hatfield. After Bobby passed away in 2003, Medley continued to perform to sold-out crowds around the world as a solo act. However, fans and friends wanted Medley to bring The Righteous Brothers back to the stage. Medley set out to find a partner who could help recreate the energy the The Righteous Brothers were known for having on stage. He found exactly what he was looking for in Bucky Heard.

Medley met Bucky Heard at a show in Branson, MI in 2006. Medley and Heard became fast friends. However, it was not until a few years later when Medley saw Heard perform in a tribute show to Journey and Creedence Clearwater Revival, when the idea to reform The Righteous Brothers duo came into Medley's mind. The day after the show, Medley met with Heard and asked him to join him as the new half of The Righteous Brothers.

The Righteous Brothers have a total of 6 top 10 hits with "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin," reaching #1 on the Billboard Top 100 hits in 1965. A song that has become so popular with American culture that it was featured in classic  movies such as American Graffiti (1973), Top Gun (1986), and Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005). Another song that made it's way to the Billboard charts was "Soul and Inspiration," reaching #7 in the Billboard Top 200 in 1967. This song has made numerous appearances in American pop culture, even having The Righteous Brothers make a special performance in NBC's Hullabaloo.

It's the heart and soul that the duo puts into the music process that attracts audiences and fans to their shows. See The Righteous Brothers live in concert at State Theatre New Jersey on February 22, 2022.
