BROADWAY SEASON TICKET HOLDER EXCHANGE, DONATION, AND REFUND INFORMATION

You are a very important part of the State Theatre New Jersey family and I would like to thank you for being a Broadway Series season ticket holder. We have been closely following the developing news on COVID-19 and the current response recommendations from our Federal, State, and Local officials. The health and well-being of our guests, artists, and staff are our top priority.

We regret to inform you that due to COVID-19 mitigation efforts, The Play That Goes Wrong and Once On This Island have been CANCELLED.

State Theatre New Jersey is committed to providing the utmost flexibility to you in light of these programming changes. Please note that we are operating with a limited remote staff and your best option is to use this link to let us know your wishes on how to handle your tickets for these shows, including applying a credit to your account which you can use on future shows including Making the Music.

We are still waiting on a new date for CATS and as soon as we have a confirmed date we will reach out to you.

Season Ticket holders have the following options:

  • Put the value of your tickets on your State Theatre account and apply a portion of your credit toward Making the Music
  • Put the value of your tickets on your State Theatre account (You will be able to use this for future purchases including the 2020-21 Broadway Season)
  • Donate your tickets, the total ticket value will count toward member benefits and you can receive a tax deduction (ticket donations do not normally count towards membership but considering the circumstances we’ve decided to change our standard procedures for events affected by COVID-19).
  • Exchange your tickets for a State Theatre New Jersey gift certificate, or
  • Receive a full refund for the value of the ticket and associated fees

We strongly encourage you to consider donating your ticket back to State Theatre and we will apply the total ticket value of your donation toward member benefits. Our Season Ticket Concierge can accommodate your needs. However, due to the high volume of requests and our efforts to keep our staff safe by using social distancing, we ask for your patience as we address each and every case. Please use the form below to let us know your preferences. If you need assistance, contact the Season Ticket Concierge at 732-247-7200, ext. 555 between 10am and 4pm Tuesday through Friday, or submit the form below.
