Classical Season Celebration
The Classical Season Celebration brings music lovers together to celebrate the diverse, rich performances of State Theatre New Jersey’s classical offerings. This annual fundraising event supports the continued success of our classical presentations and arts education programs including Symphony Scholars and Performances for Schools.
State Theatre New Jersey 2023 Classical Season Celebration
On Friday, February 17, 2023 guests were treated to a cocktail reception in the Studio, a thrilling performance by the Lviv National Philharmonic Orchestra of Ukraine with principal conductor Theodore Kuchar and pianist Oksana Rapita, and a post-performance dessert reception. As a special treat, Kuchar made an appearance at the dessert reception and mingled with guests who sang his praises. This year's Classical Season Celebration had special significance—Hope for Ukraine. All proceeds not only went towards year-round classical and education programming at the State Theatre, but also towards supporting the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.
Thanks to our partners Fritz's, Roberts Florals, Elijah's Promise, and Birnn Chocolates for making this night possible.
